Social enterprise

Who are we?

The social enterprise was established as a sustainable initiative of the Center for Social Policy Foundation. Our core mission is to promote employment and develop the skills of people who face disadvantages in the labour market.

Our production base

Our production base is located in the picturesque village of Chereshovo, Belitsa municipality, Blagoevgrad region. There we equipped modern workplaces with professional knitting, embroidery and sewing machines.

Our social impact

  • We provide employment and access to the labour market for 10 people in disadvantaged circumstances, including one person with a permanent disability.
  • We provide vocational training and ongoing psychological, social and mentoring support for the labour integration of our team.
  • We ensure financial sustainability: 100% of the profit generated is reinvested to achieve the social goals of the organisation and to improve the quality of life of our employees.
